Good News or Bad News?
Phewww let’s just do good news.
Donald is taking care of the rest and needs no help from me, or you.
The first post Covid Presentation/Seminar was a happy event – three of the enthusiasts actually came over the road afterwards for a quiet chardonnay in my adjacent Sentinel apartment. They didn’t buy anything because I ran out of wine but be warned.
The new event premises is a blast, WATSO, directly opposite The Sentinel and we have the place to ourselves, afterhours so to speak.
A dozen to 40 people can slip in and out comfortably and it’s so intimate I don’t have to wear a headset – so there’s one thing less to go wrong.
Followers were (expectedly) fascinated at my population research to determine WHY property has, in our lifetime and worldwide, gone UP in value. Because we expect it to but nobody explains WHY.
Ok the theory has wobbled in the past few years but I’m still blaming that on Grant and Adrian and ……what was her name……?
Where the audience went quiet was when I tabled the alternatives for our Boomers to survive retirement – the main one being don’t retire because you can’t afford to. Teasers are…..Boarders, Downsizing, Selling and Renting, Reverse Mortgages……or attending Martin’s next seminar …..email back if you think you can make it.
Something Completely Different
You’ll see on my BestBuys my 20 Belmont Terrace project in Milford near Westlake Boys. It’s been a magnificent family residence but now vacant and the dream double opportunity as a home to cherish + an increasingly sought after development site (1,196m2). View the Trademe Listing here for more photos and details.
We have a Development Possibilities proposal ready to send you showing the capacity for 4, maybe 5 and if you’re brave, 6 flash new homes on the site.
CV is $3,525m but I haven’t told the owner that so don’t worry about it.
If you have a builder mate this is very good and the sale of the property is committed.
It’s 20 BELMONT TERRACE high above Nile Rd so take a drive past today.
And the other good news…..Artemis 2…….did you set your alarm like me?
I wonder what they tell their parents they do for a job.
Deo Gratias.
Best,
Martin
