What we do

What is Group Investment?

We bring together small groups of likeminded Kiwis to buy properties together. By sharing the cost of the initial deposit, and sharing in the mortgage and rental fees, you can invest in a property with around $75,000 and no ongoing costs.

We do all the work, from sourcing, purchasing, and renting out your property, using our expert knowledge of the Auckland housing and rentals market, so you never even need to see your property if you don’t want to.
